The Ghorbani Stone Factories Group, with over four decades of experience in the production and processing of building stones, has become one of the pioneers in this field. This group, which began its operations in the industrial region of Nimvar, the hub of building stone production in Iran, has always focused on quality, innovation, and respect for customer needs.

Nimvar City | Sassanid Era | Travertine Stone
The historic city of Nimvar, located in Markazi Province, is one of the oldest regions of Iran, with a history dating back to the Sassanid era. Since ancient times, it has been recognized as a land rich in natural resources, especially building stones. The presence of stone quarries in this area has played a key role in shaping the stone industry and creating various jobs for the people of Nimvar.
Discovery of Travertine Quarries | Travertine Extraction
The foundations of this industry in Nimvar were laid through the efforts of Arbab Ghanbar and the discovery and exploitation of the region’s stone quarries. At first, activities were limited to stone extraction; however, over time and with technological advancements, the processes of production and processing of building stones also took shape in the area, giving new momentum to Nimvar’s stone industry.

Ghorbani Group of Factories, with over half a century of experience in the extraction and processing of travertine stone, is regarded as one of the pioneers of the stone industry in Iran. The group began its activities by establishing a factory in Nimvar and, over time, with the expansion of operations and growing demand, founded three additional complexes in the Ghalavar industrial hub.
Today, the group comprises four production units named:

Shajareh
Avash
Equipped with advanced machinery and supported by skilled labor, these complexes lead the way in the production and processing of travertine stones, particularly façade and construction stones.
